LED conversions for buildings that still run on fluorescent and discharge lighting

Fluorescent and discharge lighting is expensive to run, slow to reach full output and increasingly awkward to maintain. Converting those fittings to LED cuts the load and the number of lamp changes, which matters most in warehouses, retail floors and any space where the lights are on all day. The electrical work is the part that has to be right: existing wiring, emergency packs and control gear are not all suitable for a straight swap.
