An Electrical Installation Condition Report is the document insurers, landlords and health and safety managers usually ask for when they want evidence that fixed wiring has been assessed. It is not a certificate that everything complies with the latest edition of the Wiring Regulations. It is a condition report: what was inspected, what was limited, and whether the installation is satisfactory for continued use.
